- Preserved application form at a cost of Rs. 5.00 (five) only is to be purchased from Municipal cash section.
- In case of Residential Building :
- If self, up to date Tax paid receipt (Xerox) along with application form duly filled up will be submitted.
- If other than self, i.e., son, daughter, father, mother, husband, wife, N.O.C., is to be submitted from the recorded owner(s) of
the holding duly attested of the signature of the recorded owner (owners).
- In case of rented holding :
- Two Xerox copies of rent receipt duly attested by attesting authority along with duly filled up form and also Xerox copy of up to
date Tax paid receipt of the owner of the holding.
- The holding must be commercial / industrial.
- No. enlistment certificate of trade will be issued in a residential Building (exceptional case is considered by the Municipal-authority)
to a rented person.
